This one-time investment includes an extended in-person appointment with Dr. Austin, during which your medical history and physical examination will be thoroughly reviewed. Following the assessment, you will receive a personalized, integrative 8-part health plan, offering a comprehensive 360° strategy for optimal living. This assessment is designed to be a starting point for those seeking to elevate their overall wellness.

• Health review with emphasis on functional medicine principles.
• Establishment of health care goals and recommendations given for achieving those goals-- either as a patient of M2 Metabolic Medicine or through other options chosen by the patient. Will introduce patient to advanced testing offered outside of conventional lab tests if this is appropriate to manage their medical symptoms or illness. Advanced Testing is tailored to the patient and may include: in-depth diagnostic panels measuring inflammation, nutrient status, expanded thyroid assessment, heart health, hormones, cholesterol, gut microbiome or tests for tick-borne illness or mold. (Labs are billed separately through insurance or cash testing options given for those without insurance or who do not have adequate codes to allow for insurance billing)
• Customized Integrative Health Plan
• Various payment options including HSA/FSA; super-bill provided to submit for possible insurance reimbursement

Our 3-month intensive membership is designed for patients ready to make significant strides in their health journey. The membership plan is offered after completion of the  Foundational Assessment appointment. This plan offers:

• 1 x 45-minute visit per month (in-person or virtual).
• Portal access and messaging with Dr. Austin for ongoing support.
• Personalized testing and treatments aligned with your goals, such as weight loss, hormone therapy, or chronic disease management.
